Echoes

As the ripples in the water grow bigger and disappear of the lake where i'm drowning, i feel an arm pulling me, Her body is pulling me away from the water. she tells me to not give up, not yet.

My mistress of burden is gone, the flames of her hair are extinguished. she is no longer in control of my thoughts, she is no more.

I was deep in the darkness of a nightmare which just ended now that i'm awaken!

This new body of light stands in front of me, she comforts me and tells me that i need to leave the shadows in the past and brake the chains where i was imprisoned.

"look at what she did to me! i am not a fraction of the man i once was, i feel like i'm an echo of my past self creating distortion in time to not react at the damage"

She looks at me and slaps me as hard as she can before i regain consciousness and comeback to reality.

"The girl is not here anymore, she is not in your head anymore, you will not suffer anymore and will disregard all the thoughts and feelings for her. she became your enemy and poisoned your entire life. she will not take things from you anymore now that you are awaken!!"

Everything comes to mind now, how i was asleep, in trance, hypnotized! she was stomping me to pieces and i was there just letting her obliterate me. well not anymore.

Now is the time to free my mind once more and scream, rebuild and tame my power back.

See the world with another eyes. i don't need to be with someone if she will be toxic and nightmares.
